Cats will eat them without a fight

Recently my cat has had terrible digestive problems and I suspect she has IBS. While we're trying to figure it out, I've read that cats with this condition may benefit from vitamin B12 supplementation. I got it and he will eat it out of my hand as a reward. I'm not sure how well it's absorbed, but I'm hoping it will help him as we try to heal him.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Recommended by our vet. Everything has changed for our aging cat.

We have an aging cat that is losing weight. Tests with our vet found no obvious cause. Started putting this vet recommended cobalequin vitamin supplement in her food along with the calorie supplement and she feels great and is improving significantly every month. She is happy and playful again. We definitely recommend it.

  • Durable finish

Easy to administer, delicious for the pet

My cat has health problems that will eventually lead to an untimely death :(. I won't go into all the details here. Along with the script, my vet added B12 It's been a little over a year since diagnosis and so far so good my cat loves it and I only give her 1 tablet in the morning as a reward for making her "breakfast" so easy and "yummy" ( (in words of my cat, as stated on the bottle). The tablets are small, rectangular. She sits next to me, I put 1 tablet on the floor, she eats and waits for…

Cats are okay with the best health products

I can't say this is a five star product until we've used it for a few months and tested it in the labs, but I've tried it on my boys . this week (one will need it and the other thinks it's fair if both have a snack) to make sure it's one that fits before I have to implement it. Tommy has CKD and I've been cooking for him for years. He was always supplemented with B vitamins and just this year was diagnosed with CKD. I will switch him to a different food and give him this every day. B and Omega…

Probably good, but a cat that needs it won't eat it

I bought these because my cat has had chronic diarrhea for 4 months. I thought it was IBD, but it's actually lymphoma. In any case, I assumed that my cat had a vitamin B12 deficiency. A cat that needs an extra push ate 1 and didn't come back. Another cat (who literally eats everything) eats it as a reward. I bought them myself hoping to find a treat that would be easy to feed my cat and packed with vitamins. Coincidentally, my vet recommended this a few weeks after I bought them. B12 shots are…

Pros
  • Durable Test Results
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

I've been using it for a few months now with no problems. She is doing well with her IBD treatment and does not need B12 shots. She usually consumes them as a reward after having to take a pill. But recently I noticed the diff response. She licked but didn't take the vitamin and turned pink on the floor. I crumbled into food. I couldn't determine the batch number as I usually put it in the same bottle as my probiotic tablets. After this happened for the third time, I got worried. I opened a new

Wonder? on Cats

#Update: My cat has been taking these for a few months and she still has perfect poop. Great stuff! My cat seems to like them so they must be tasty. He had constant diarrhea for most of his life. Now he is 1.5 years old. The vet continued to prescribe antibiotics after nothing else worked to get rid of the diarrhea. I've been looking for a solution for a long time and spent a lot of money on this way. He has been taking them for 3 weeks now and was off antibiotics 2 weeks ago. So far, so good…

B12 for IBD in Cats: Medical Supplies

Got these for my 14 year old cat with IBD. Read reports that some cats have responded well to continued use of this B12. Worth a try because if you have a kitten with IBD, look for ANYTHING that can help! (Note: A balanced raw diet works best! My eldest looks 10 years younger on a raw diet and it stops his chronic diarrhea and weight loss.) They don't have much smell and the first pill gets his interest in the first pill, but ended up having to give it to him, thinking I would "see" him every…
