I like how easy it was once we got used to using it! It's very intuitive--it just makes sense when you're looking at everything in terms of what you should be doing or not do with regards to managing this benefit plan. I like that it has a lot of different options. It's easy to use as well. I think having more options in the future would be great. There are some things that could be improved. It makes it very easy from enrollment all through claims/cancellations up until I reach retirement age or my plan expires! All you need are basic forms available in this program with their help as well but not needed if they have already done work before (I know because i've been trained by them).
