It makes it very easy from enrollment all through claims/cancellations up until I reach retirement age or my plan expires! All you need are basic forms available in this program with their help as well but not needed if they have already done work before (I know because i've been trained by them). They aren't cheap either so make sure its worth investing into something like theirs when choosing insurance carrier since many offer free programs which can be more beneficial than purchasing full price coverage at times. Great way stay organized & current w information about health conditions along time line!! I like how easy it was to use! It's very user friendly!! There are many features but they're all so useful we don't mind using them every day or even twice daily as needed!! You will need someone with experience in insurance/HR issues to set up everything correctly (and keep current). We have not found anything bad about this product yet. They've been great at keeping us updated via email when there were updates available, which has helped our compliance immensely.
