Suitable for a costume but easily crushed in transit.

Arrived bruised with no packaging to protect the hat. Returned immediately. The hat should be "costume" quality and not "closet" - thin felt that feels like cardboard.

Perfect fit for costume

Made this into a Dolores Umbridge hat for my costume. I covered it with artificial flowers and it's exactly the shape I needed. I attach some bobby pins to it instead of the thread that came with it, everything else is perfect.
