After using another shaker with a small lid. Since it became almost impossible to remove the closed lid, I was ready to try a different kind of shaker. I was concerned that maybe two cups would leak. No problem and much easier to open. The two cups fit well together. Just put them in the dishwasher and they're easy to clean. Highly recommended as the best cocktail shaker.

If you don't have any wobble issues, then you're fine. The weight is light which is great and is what I was looking for as a companion to a heavier pair of Boston shakers. Although the bottom is NOT FLAT and has a slight curve. They wobble and if you use them to store bar tools they are more likely to fall off. The upper lip is a bit sharp, but that doesn't bother me. For the price they are good but you can do better with others.
