Perfect to carry all my video accessories for my phone.

I photograph virtual tours and live transmissions with an iPhone, a gimbal, a small tripod and everything that goes with it. This is the best solution I could find to store and transport everything together. Carefully take the reticle out of my bag when I arrive at my destination and ready to set it up and start filming. No need to open pockets and look for everything. I love this system!

Pros
  • Hands-free
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Good product but I should have bought a smaller size.

Great idea but I've found I don't use it. I should have bought a slightly smaller size for my cables. It barely fits in my briefcase which I intended to use during TSA registration and when traveling. I keep forgetting to use it in my suitcase so it's not a waste of money. I gave away a second one I bought and the recipient is using it to get their power cords, appliances etc in their bunk room.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Negative gift

I've put more money into the Grid-It organizer than it can handle. That being said I would still give it a 3 out of 5 as it still serves its purpose. Maybe the products I store in them are heavier than I expected, they seem pretty normal to me; MacBook charger, Anker Power Port 2, additional power supply, charging cable, EarPods, notary stamp. Where I want, only the notary's stamp remains. I've tried many different combinations on the net and all I've got left is a board with inflated rubber…

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive

I like the organizer

Over the years I've used various ways of packaging charging cables, portable hotspots, small flashlights, etc. without much satisfaction. After receiving the Grid it Organizer, I took a week-long trip to visit old friends. I like organizers. No more tangled cables and everything in one place. In the past I've always been afraid to leave the cord in the motel room etc. Not any longer longer! I've found the organizer to be a fantastic addition to my travel e-bags. I ordered two more different…

I owe the inventor of this

. I stand by all the great reviews below that say it allows them to carry small items that would normally fall to the bottom of the pit that is your bag. It also doubles as a divider for my laptop. My 15" Macbook Pro Retina does not fit in the zippered pocket on the back of my Timbuk2 Candybar backpack. That's my fault as the bag is only rated for 13 inches or less, but I made a super useful divider out of this cocoon! I've used my Cocoon to carry power cords, hair accessories, headphones…

Pros
  • a beer. Weight
Cons
  • . A few little things.
