It turns out an excellent espresso, after an ordinary coffee grinder (with knives) they were stunned how the taste and aroma of the beans were revealed. Easy to use, quickly figured it out, no need to set up for a long time. Made great friends with 685 De Longhi. It looks very aesthetically pleasing and fits compactly in a small kitchen! Use daily for 2 weeks. Really like.

Pros
  • Grinding uniform, different grinding options. Quality parts, comfortable weights. It doesn't work too loud. compact
Cons
  • Sometimes there is a slight smell of plastic during operation. But otherwise no complaints

The only alternative to the baratza 270wi, which is capable of dosing grinding by weight - but 5 times cheaper. Grinding into a container, followed by pouring into a portafilter - at home it is even more convenient than directly into the horn; much less spilled coffee. I use an ergonomic container from Nivona 130 - nothing at all wakes up past the holder. Any container with a right angle will do, or a metal cup of a suitable diameter - as is done in the super-expensive English Niche Zero.

Pros
  • An affordable model that allows automatic dosing of coffee by weight. Grinding adjustment, sufficient for espresso on a professional single-bottomed horn. Conical millstones. Quiet (compared to Nivona 130 - subjectively twice as quiet). High grinding speed. Practically does not crumple, the grinding is uniform. Ergonomics is exceptionally thought out: it can be easily disassembled for cleaning, the grain tank is automatically blocked when removed - the grain does not scatter; and opens itself during installation. Made in Germany, official warranty - 2 years.
Cons
  • Slightly electrifies coffee, the powder sticks to the container - but not critical. Dosing by weight is only possible when grinding into a container; The holder holder is not connected to the scale and is not suitable for professional horns - but can be easily removed. The container for ground coffee in the kit is not suitable for pouring into the coffee maker.
