Bought as a birthday present for my wife. You could say it wasn't a spoon to use. It's more of a gift to sit around. It's difficult to read because you have to hold it properly so the light hits it properly in order to read it. I would suggest finding another gift and throwing it away.

I bought this spoon for my husband for his anniversary. I checked the spoon when it arrived and it was fine. When I took it out on the morning of our anniversary, the inscription was erased and unreadable. Very disappointing. (I put the spoon back in the packaging so I'm not sure why it faded, but it's gone.)

HOMG! It was such a wonderful find! Not just for romantics. I gave it to my adult daughter who had to come back to me and sometimes doesn't feel so grown up because of it. I wanted her to know that I love her, that she can stay as long as she wants and not feel bad about it. Such a small gift that meant so much to her!

The laser engraving was dark and clear and matched our cutlery set. I would recommend the spoon, even if you choose another spoon from this company I'm sure it will be just as good as this one.

This was the perfect idea for an anniversary gift. I had to open it before I could wrap it with Annie's other gifts, so to my surprise the seal is barely visible and not in the middle. The spoon reminds me of dollar storage spoons, and the spoon has no weight. It was a good start for me and next time I will do better. At least gives me an idea of what not to do and maybe I can incorporate this spoon into a larger Anni project in the future.

I am happy with this spoon. However, the picture shows a high quality spoon and the description says the spoon is high quality. The engraved message was beautiful and was exactly as described and pictured. The spoon was a regular teaspoon that could be found at any restaurant supply store. I am very happy about this post.
