I love the coat and am happy with this purchase. The only complaint is that the buttons are too loose and need to be sewn tighter to keep them from falling off.

Nice coat, very warm. I'm 5" tall, 7,125 lbs and ordered 4. It fitted the sleeves and shoulders perfectly and left room for layers. The hood is the best!

Definitely narrower in the center than I expected compared to other coats AND rough material (it looked like it was so soft!) with an unusual pink cast in natural light.

This is a beautiful coat but I had to send it back because it was too heavy. I'm short and slim built, but it might fit better on a taller person. It was very warm and the quality of the material was very good.

This coat is so pretty. I look like a president in it and get tons of compliments every time I wear it. Also very warm. I don't think I expected it to keep me warm in 0 degrees Fahrenheit, but I've worn it in the low 30 degrees Fahrenheit and found it very comfortable.

I really wanted this coat. However, it was too thick, the collar did not have a chance to fold and resemble a picture. It also gave off an ever-present chemical smell. The sleeves were 5 inches below the fingertips. Before sending it back, I thought about having the tailor shorten the sleeves. But I have decided not to invest more in this coat. Much luck

This coat is beautiful, stylish and warm. The fur is described as white and gray but I particularly like the slight pink tint that is added to it. I have received many compliments. I read several reviews that there are no pockets, this is wrong. There are pockets, you just need to cut the thread to open them. The pockets are really deep, which I like. I also love the big hood. it fits perfectly

I'm 1.60 m tall and weigh 85 kg and I ordered a size 12, most of the weight is on my hips and it fits perfectly. The jacket looks much better in reality than in my photos. Other commenters mention the pink hue of the jacket, I noticed that when I first opened the box in natural light, but you won't be able to see it in the yellowish light of my bedroom and in the photos. If you've already purchased Cole Haan's signature line and loved their jacket, this will be no exception. High quality jacket

I like the coat. That's a good coat. **BUT** I am EXTREMELY disappointed as it was obviously worn by someone else before I bought it. He had a few bits of grass/hay on his sleeves and a LARGE (soda-like) stain on his collar. It's not a dark spot, but it's there and you can see it's been rubbed somewhere. Given the price of this item, I'm at a loss as to what to do with it; I feel like I should NOT take a "brand new" coat to the dry cleaners. I'm mostly disappointed that this wasn't caught by…
