Disappointing

Bought this camera as a 'next step' for my 7 year old. She loves to take photos, but her old Fisher Price camera from childhood wasn't enough because she wanted to print out the pictures she took. I was hoping this camera could handle the level of care that a 7 year old needs, but delivers her photos to be proud of. But I am very disappointed with this camera. It's a great little camera

Great little camera! After finding myself and my $600 camera in a river (with a kayaking tip), I didn't want to go through that again with my new and expensive backup camera, so I looked for an inexpensive alternative that would take pretty good photos. waterproof and durable. . Not waterproof!

I rarely write reviews but I have had such a bad experience with this product that I had to warn others. going on a snuba tour with my son. The camera leaked three (3) feet while submerged in water, destroying the device and any hope of getting photos from the tour. You poke the microphone hole and close the battery cover properly. I guess they got lucky with their cameras because the one I got leaked quickly despite trying so hard to do those things. Or, more likely, they've never really taken
