This fan is not powerful enough to produce cold air. I tried it on my golf cart and couldn't feel it blowing from where I was sitting.

I bought this fan to use when playing golf on a golf cart. This fan is noisy and doesn't move enough air to make a difference. I would say get a bigger fan.

This is not a high performance fan, not the best buy. It helps when you need something on a warm or muggy day. I wouldn't buy if you expect a lot of cooling air.

This is better quality than expected, has a weight that makes it strong but not uncomfortable to hold. Thick plastic is not like Chinese fans. All my friends bought it after seeing my new acquisition - great for walking around.

Very disappointed. Bulky and noisy, uses very little power and requires tons of batteries. I don't even feel the fan blowing out of the cup holder, only rising up a few inches from my face. Don't hesitate to buy this item. I'm much happier with my tiny Colman portable mini fan for less than $4.

Bought for golf. It's compact and fits nicely in a cup holder, but the airflow generated is so small it's practically useless. I literally had to hold it inches from my face to feel anything. Even then it was only a slight "cooling off". It was on high settings, low settings do almost nothing. I'll look for something much stronger or just join in and be hot when I play in the summer. This product is going in my trash can in the basement.

This LOOKS like a good idea. Very low performance. 2 speeds, but the low speed is so low that it is completely useless. Very loud. Runs on 8 AA batteries which don't last long so I wouldn't call it cheap. Does Coleman's name still mean anything? The last few Colemans I bought were really exceptionally low quality.
