did not receive the advertised product. It just changed the composition of the toothpaste, and it was a different product. Why might they be using the wrong product?

I bought these a few months ago and they were great. I just opened the packaging to use it and the shrink wrap hit the boxes tearing the labels. . We use them for our Airbnb guests, so they're not very useful.

Photo says it contains triclosan but it doesn't. Instead, it came with stannous fluoride. It doesn't work the same. I needed one with triclosan.

I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. I wanted triclosan toothpaste, the label said in the photo. When I received it, there was no triclosan in it!

I bought this item to put in the homeless distribution kit my family tries to distribute every few months. They were good quality and worth adding to the items.

Drug data is related to a different product! This product does not contain triclosan which is why I bought it. This is problematic on many levels. I can't believe this is allowed! Why on earth would anyone consider it acceptable to publish drug facts for another product?
