The collar is great! The only problem was the delivery. I understand how COVID-19 ruined everything. I received an apology when the delivery was delayed. The company responded quickly after I contacted them and they were very reasonable and understanding. I will probably order another collar!

The collar was very charming. It was very good quality/well made and the hardware was good. I accidentally bought the wrong size and it was a pleasure working with the seller. I exchanged it for the correct size and they fit/look perfect. I will definitely buy from them again and again.

I really liked this seller. I first ordered a 1.5" blue Batman collar. The width of the collar was good but the buckle size was too big for my dog who admittedly has a large neck for his overall size. The quality of the collar was superb. It was made to be very durable with quality materials.I would recommend these collars to other dog owners.I contacted Bulldog Depot and they were happy to help me trade it in for the 1" version.

I don't trust collars with plastic buckles and fell in love with them when I first bought them 10 years ago.
