This was my first 18k gold plated stainless steel collar. This couldn't help but impress. Unfortunately had to go back. My dog's neck size is a bit in between. Turns out I need the next smaller size. It's already booked. I can't say anything about long-term wear. But again, the way it's received is very impressive.

My GSD rescuer is a woman and when she sheds her bad coat she will have a beautiful black saddle with a golden brown wrap. When you put this collar on, she simply shines. The aim works well and honors the light stroke. She rides and acts like a lady, like a cocker in Lady and the Tramp. She doesn't need flashy collars, she's a lady with class and the perfect accessory.

our colleague has had it for about three months now and none of the gold has worn off. It is strong and durable and works like a regular stainless steel chain. We recently had our pet vaccinated for the first year and all the veterinary staff really rounded it off and with the thousands of pets they deal with each year I was surprised they had never seen one before .

I am very impressed with the durability! My dog is very strong and pulls a lot, but the collar doesn't seem damaged! I also have another dog who chews on every collar I take off! She hasn't even gotten it yet! Also, my dogs go outside for a lot of walks too! They are dogs indoors but sometimes stay outside for hours! The collar has been through a lot! It still looks and feels like new! Bought about 3 months ago!

After leaving 3 stars halfway through product opening, I'd rather open the one-piece protective case with my bare hands than with that vacuum-packed rubber-plastic crap it's in comes . The product looks good. Many Thanks. EDIT: 2 STARS! Only use it as a party quirk. My dog is mostly average when it comes to activity. I had 2 weeks before the black throat started. It was great while it lasted. I've included a picture of wear starting to show on the gold.

Okay, as far as the packaging is concerned, the chain itself is tightly packed, you only need a pair of scissors and that's it. Better in person, the gold is so bright and beautiful. I have a husky and I have the largest size for a small hanging space. She is only 6 months old. I don't see this matching malamute if you might agree with a real collar but I prefer to have room to breathe especially since it's always hot it's safe to say I'm glad I did appreciate :) A demonstration of usage is…

This is the second of these collars I've bought which says a lot. Delivered quickly, the first thing you notice is how heavy and well made they are. The only negative I can think of is not really related to the collar. They come packaged in a nice little plastic box, but when you take it out you'll see that it's shrink-wrapped all around.
