I can't remove the links on the clamp. Useless without customization. Only positive is the accessory to use with the other collar I had to buy to replace this one AND the Herm Sprenger the dog outgrew. Never again buy anything other than Herm Sprenger. It wasn't even worth trying.

Very strong collar. It was exactly what I was looking for except I have a very large Rottie and a size XX was too small for his neck. So I contacted the Mayerzon seller and they sent me extra prongs so I could make them bigger to fit my dog. They have excellent customer service and response times. I would definitely buy from them again.

Comes fully assembled and without assembly instructions. Writes that it is blocked, but it is not clear how. The extra parts don't make sense either. The rainbow sleeve is too long to fit properly in the collar which is a shame as that is the reason I bought this collar in the first place. So I'm sending it back.

This collar is very effective for walking a dog, especially a large dog, on a leash. The inner metal parts are covered with a rubber pad so that they cannot tear the skin. However, they fall off easily and replacement pads should be included with the collar. I had some difficulty getting this on and off on my dog who is very large although I think I ordered the largest size. I do not consider it necessary to continue using the collar after training the dog, except in exceptional cases. I would…

I am appalled by this. Although rubber caps are included for attaching the pins, the pins don't saw off at all and are so sharp that I bled when I took it out of the box. With such sharp teeth, they go through thin rubber tips. I didn't even bother to put them on because I didn't want to put that on my dog. He even scratched the UPS woman as she took the bag. Also the sizes do not match as my dog has a much smaller neck and this collar was much smaller than her current one (also notched).

These collars are very sharp with no plastic pads. I wouldn't use it without coatings. The small size has limbs that are huge for a small dog. The instructions for use that came with these spiked collars do not match the contents of the packaging! The brochure shows a collar of much better quality. I would not buy.
