Collection Support SanDisk Kingston Extreme Review

I love that devices have an LED to show them they're connected. However, I found out from three packages. One LED didn't work, but the data transfer function worked. Another one, I was able to use it on one computer at work (both Windows 10), but it didn't work on the other. The third "charm" worked as expected (the LED worked, the data transfer worked, compatible with desktop and laptop). I called it "luck".

These are very good SD card readers. I bought one a year ago and it has always worked well (while two other competitor card readers broke shortly after purchase) so I bought this set of 3 to have more on hand. It's only USB 2 so it's not the fastest, but I've never really had a problem with a card reader in this range. Out of those 3 packs, one stopped working so the seller sent me two more to exchange. I have purchased this reader many times over the years. I usually lend them or give them to my students when they need them and then buy new ones again. This is a USB2 device, not USB3, so it might not be the fastest. However, many SD cards are not very fast either. Why do you need such a reader – Notebook SD card readers are not USB based and are inaccessible to some programs, especially virtual machines, which can only see USB-based disks for security reasons.
