Dry and shiny lip balm

Not at all what was expected. Not only is it a very small item but it feels like there is sand in it, it is very shiny and dry and not sticky at all. Doesn't look bronze either, the color is fuzzy. Great idea with spf but I was very disappointed!

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Other Other

Very pigmented. Use easily.

Berry pink, not as dark as expected. It's quite pigmented so very little pressure is needed to cover the lips well. Use quite a bit on the cheeks. I like bronze for cheeks and berry for lips.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Can hurt

I love it! in Lip Care

I have fair to medium skin with a neutral undertone that tends to skew a little more warm than cool. The blush tone is perfect for me. It looks natural and believable and adds some color and protection to my cheeks. it also creates a light dew on the skin. Blends easily with fingers. Suitable for both eyes and lips, although I don't like it as a lip color because the color is too pale for my lips.

Pros
  • I'm looking forward to
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

All three colors are great

I'm being fair so I use one as a bronzer, one as a blush and one as a lipstick. For darker skin tones, blush/lipstick, highlighter, and bronzer/lipstick work well. I highly recommend it!

Pros
  • Broad spectrum
Cons
  • is embarrassing

I love all colors

all shades can be used. I love the bronzer for a tanned look, even over my eyes, like creamy eyeshadow. The blush color adds a bit of pink and the red looks amazing on my lips. Use a little or a lot for a more dramatic look. Goes wonderfully with the ColorScience Even Up Make-up. An amazing line of products for sensitive skin and eyes.

Pros
  • beautiful thing
Cons
  • no color required

My new favorite lip liner

I would rather take zinc which is an essential mineral than chemical sunscreens. The product holds very well, but does not dry out. Does not tear lip tissue when applied. I probably reapply it about every 90 minutes and drink water the whole time. My lips are not yet tanned during the application. The coppery shade is perfect for redheads. I will buy another tube.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Faded

Black bits in article

Is it normal to find black bits in this article? I have never used any of the Color Science products without knowing what those tiny black particles actually are. They make it so that the lip balm itself is pretty rough and doesn't feel as smooth. Please explain.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Difficult to apply due to the unusual shape

Color choices are very limited. I could only use one of the colors; the rest was dark and clownish. Because it is a flat oval shape, it is difficult to apply on the lips. I would imagine that with use it will file down to the shape of a lipstick. It's not as creamy as other reviews say. When I apply it to my face I have to press hard to smudge it. I love Colorescience SPF powder, but unfortunately I will not recommend or buy this other product.

Pros
  • Balms & Moisturizers
Cons
  • Something else

Almost a holy grail

A bit dry so I have to put her shine on top. (Good combination). It's fragrance free, which is excellent. (FYI, her lip gloss isn't). The mineral protection SPF 50 is also convincing. I just wish it wasn't so broad - it's very hard to apply gently on the lips. And I did not understand how to apply it to the eyes. ? Advertised as a one-size-fits-all product, but personally I wouldn't use the same product on my lips, cheeks and eyes for hygiene reasons. It's good in theory though. I would buy 3โ€ฆ

Pros
  • Skin care
Cons
  • Exorbitant price

It's brilliant!

I still love Colorscience! First I bought their SPF 50 Powder Brush and then the Colorblock Blush. I liked it so much that I had to take Berry too. Some reviews said they were dry or waxy, but that's not my experience. I find them moisturizing on both lips and cheeks. I love the fact that I can just apply it to my face when needed, right where I'm trying to prevent melasma on my cheeks, both over and under my powder. In the photo I have a berry on my lips and cheeks. The color is a beautifulโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Beauty and Personal Care
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
