Quality my pros and cons

The bracelet looks exactly as pictured but when mine arrived it was open and the cords were not tied together so after a full day it broke or fell apart as you might say.

A little disappointed

It's been less than a week and it's starting to clear up. The next day I was able to tie one end and the other end came undone. Also, I have a small wrist and it gets a little lost even if I tighten it all the way up. Super cute but poorly made.
