I am ordering this product because I love the result for my hair. The packaging was wrong, it should have been bubble wrap. I think the lid is broken so some of the product spilled.

This is the first product I've used that I haven't had an allergic reaction to. It works great and darkens gray hair well. I have a very long and thick beard that is difficult to color. I just wet my hair and beard and towel dry, then apply a small amount of color mask to the comb and comb through, no waste and no mess. Used to darken hair from brown to jet black. I tried using dye and was horrified at what it did to my hair. This mask works, although not as quickly as the color may require multiple applications. Try blow drying the mask, it will color MUCH faster.

It didn't work at all on my little gray hair and every time I used it a lot of hair fell out. It ended up in the trash even though it gave my hair a nice shine.

I really like this shampoo or whatever it's called. I don't have gray hair, I use it to color my beard when it's discolored by chlorine when swimming or by the cleanser I use. My beard goes from black to reddish brown in places. This shampoo did a great job coloring my beard blackish brown and it has something that makes it extremely soft with a slight shine. My beard looks sexy again and I love compliments.
