Good quality, nice jacket. It's warm but light. My 7 year old is hot so this is just the perfect jacket for him. We love it. Lack of durability -- The hoodie is not durable, and it may fall apart after a few weeks or months of use.

By height my son is 10 years old but he only weighs 70 pounds! Needless to say I was nervous about being too small as it doesn't last more than a minute. But the environment is perfect. He is 8 to 10 years old. Very pretty and arrived quickly!

Our son loves his red hoodie. From the moment it arrived he wore it almost every day. It is perfect as an inner layer in the Northeast winter or as a light jacket when the weather improves. The size is perfect and we will probably get him in a larger size when he outgrows it.

The jacket is soft, warm and of excellent quality. It fits as expected and the hood is the perfect size. We will order this product again once my son outgrows this one.

This jacket is very well made. My boys are VERY rough with clothes and usually destroy things before they outgrow them. They have actually outgrown the jackets and I have ordered the next size up so they can continue to enjoy their jackets. I'm really impressed with the quality of this little fleece jacket!

Bought for my almost 3 year old grandson. (He's tall for his age) The jacket is soft and warm and perfect for not being too bulky for a car seat!

I actually bought this jacket for my daughter because I couldn't find a nice navy blue jacket for girls. Needless to say she loves it and says it's so warm.

My grandkids loved these sweatshirts (I ordered two) but one sweatshirt didn't wash well. The other sweatshirt was fine, but one had a damaged zipper, a hole in the pocket, and part of the fleece lining that had lost its softness. I don't know why it happened...but otherwise my twin grandkids love these comfy sweatshirts.

Son is 9 years old and wears size 8, he is medium height, lil has long arms but it works, looks very good and as always half the price.

I don't think it compares to ordering from the real Columbia website. I see other comments suggesting fakes and I think the same thing. I order one from Revain and one online (same style, just different sizes). The one on the real page seems thicker and better quality. A bit disappointed but my son doesn't care. He really wanted red, so I ordered Revain for him.

I ordered this jacket for my 12 year old son. Reference: height 5 feet 8 inches, weight 115 pounds. and the children's XL fits him perfectly. In my experience Columbia runs a bit larger than other brands, which was fine in this case as my son has outgrown almost every other brand in kid sizes but the men's sizes are too big for him. He wore it on a cold autumn morning and will be able to wear it under his heavy down coat when the winter temperatures really drop. We also like that it has a hood.

This isn't a jacket, more like a thin fleece sweatshirt. It's very soft, the cut is more athletic so I would take a size up than you would expect your child to if they need some space. (Especially to wear a long sleeve or semi-wobbly shirt underneath.) It's the perfect fit and thickness to wear UNDER an all-weather jacket to add some warmth to the other jacket.
