I wanted to love these

I really wanted these boots to work! So much so that I ignored the other reviews and tried them anyway. The inner lining is not only small, but also crumpled up, making it impossible to hit it with your foot. In addition, the shaft is so stiff that it is difficult to push it through the ankle. I love everything Colombia related and this is a trustworthy brand but they make me very frustrated!

Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Not recommended

My son is 22 months old and the liner was VERY tight for his foot! Even after taking the balaclava off and trying to put it on before trying the boot on, I couldn't reach the middle of the balaclava with my fingers. It was literally half the width of his wide baby foot! They were also very heavy and bulky. So if we could put them on, I think it would be difficult for him to walk in them.

Pros
  • Clothing, shoes and jewelry
Cons
  • Expensive

The lining is so small that it cannot be used.

The lining of the boot is VERY SMALL. My toddler is a size 5, I ordered a size 6 and the boot is large but the liner is tiny and very narrow. The width of the liner is really like a newborn shoe. So tight and small. Your foot won't fit in there. Forget trying to put your sock foot in your boot. I'm seriously considering returning them if the lining is unusable and the boots don't keep feet warm without it. Without the inner lining these are essentially fancy wellies, there is no built in…
