Terribly disappointed! Received a coat that was worn and smelled like cigarette smoke!

I was very happy when my coat arrived today. Opened the package and there's such a stench. It smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. It was so strong I had to put it back in my pocket. Upon further examination of the wool, there are no labels or wool on it. I'm pretty sure someone returned the coat and mailed it to me. Really rough. This is totally unacceptable. Terribly disappointed 12/28/2018 A replacement coat has arrived. This coat was sealed in a plastic bag and had tags attached. Happy

Depending on your hips, you may need to get bigger.

So size was definitely an issue for this one. I usually wear medium. I'm 5'4" and 300 pounds. I ordered a medium but it was tight around my waist. I was able to zip it up but it didn't look attractive. I would prefer that to the tight. The arms are LONG. I have to stack them up and down which works great.White collects a lot of dirt around the neck, the inside is softer and makes makeup uncomfortable.I think warmth is great for everyday use.I wore it with me during a cold snap Temps around 0-10

my vest! best in outdoor apparel

I have just ordered my 3rd Mighty Lite in five years and cannot praise this jacket enough. I live in Texas, where at certain times of the year there are cold mornings but warm days. Instead of lugging a bulky jacket home during the day, I can just pack it in my backpack for the commute. And when winter really does come I can count on this jacket to keep me warm and dry all day long. The thumbhole cuffs really help to keep the warmth around the wrists, especially when paired with gloves. I'm 5ft

Hey Everyone! So, I'm 5'5" tall, 165-170 pounds. My chest is 34D, my waist is 30. I don't know how big my hips are, but I know they are wide. I love this jacket! suitable for women

Love this jacket! Finally there is a plus size jacket designed specifically for plus size women. Let's start with the fit. If you're a size up, you know that most jackets can have odd quirks. Big in the chest but nowhere else, cramped in the arms, nowhere to move. I'm a size 20 with no huge boobs and an average height despite being tall. It fits perfectly. It's very comfortable and I have room for comfy sweaters or layers underneath. The length is great. Not too long, not too short. Closes down

The most amazing coat ever!

Great coat! The length was so good. It opens at the bottom if you need more room to move your feet, but I never have to use this feature. It's very light, not bulky. It's nice to put on a winter coat and never feel like a walking marshmallow. I have broad shoulders so I can usually wear small pants (anywhere between a size 4-8) but most coats are tight in the back. for me, this means that the sleeves reach down to the middle of the forearm when i have to grab something. I really like this coat but before you buy it check this coat's features and limitations. This is my 2 time purchase of this coat. The only reason I'm replacing it after 3 years is because I've gained weight and needed a larger size. 😊 My original coat still looks new and I've worn tons of it for 3 years. - Consider what this jacket will be used for as this jacket is limited in its warmth. Nice coat but not very warm

This is a beautiful coat. Extremely thin and light. I have Columbia pants with Omni-Heat thermal reflective technology, so I know they can be quite warm, but it's no wonder. If you need a minus coat I don't think this will do as the only winter coat. This morning the temperature was 31 degrees and according to the weather channel "feels like 26".
