Terribly disappointed! Received a coat that was worn and smelled like cigarette smoke!

I was very happy when my coat arrived today. Opened the package and there's such a stench. It smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. It was so strong I had to put it back in my pocket. Upon further examination of the wool, there are no labels or wool on it. I'm pretty sure someone returned the coat and mailed it to me. Really rough. This is totally unacceptable. Terribly disappointed 12/28/2018 A replacement coat has arrived. This coat was sealed in a plastic bag and had tags attached. Happy with the coat. Very warm and well made. Disappointed that Revain sent me a terribly worn cloak, but glad they fixed it.
