I'm happy with these locks and feel they give me average security. "Medium security" means visible security paired with sufficient strength to withstand a malicious attempt at break-in. This lock just had its first week of use at my gym and I am very happy with the results. The lock is solid, easy to use and seems very secure. I used to use locks with keys - not anymore! And when I used combination locks, they sometimes caused my locker to lock due to a failed reset. This lock appears to have a combination setting feature that prevents this type of erroneous reset. It's cheap, works well, and meets my gym locker protection needs! Who could ask for anything else?
