Excellent quality fan

This is the best fan I have ever bought no matter the price. When I first turned it on, I figured the output would be weak because it's virtually silent at top speed. Things 20 feet away flap in the wind, as do other objects not directly in front of it. Really circulates the air with advanced fin design and more. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Looking forward to
Cons
  • Hard to say

The blades are wobbly, the case isn't channeled to reduce turbulence at the ends, the motor and bearings are lossy and it doesn't look like it can handle heavy loads. High quality tower fans use a fraction of the energy to move air, and almost every other floor fan we own has lower wattage and better design. You should also consider purchasing a SEER 33-42 AC unit. Make sure to use thread sealant and do a long pressure and vacuum test before charging the device.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Works great and SILENT!

We use them in gym class and some of the fans we had were too loud - we couldn't hear the teacher. Today I brought it for the first time and it was so quiet you wouldn't even know it was working unless you were standing in front of it. It is also easy to transport. I bought another one last week which was louder and the carrying groove was so shallow I couldn't carry the fan without holding the other side (so two hands were required). That's easy. Also felt lighter. So we are happy

Works well but stinks!

The plastic of this fan gave off a lot of gases, we couldn't use it without a headache because of the toxic smell. I'm guessing it's cheap plastic as one of the clips holding the cage together was broken on arrival. I super glued it on but I'm sure if I ever try to remove the lid to clean the blades it will come off immediately. We left it running in the garage for a couple of hours and it helped, but when we put it back inside it still had that toxic plastic smell. Now we have an extra fan…

Very nice large fan at a reasonable price

Bought this large 20" Comfort Zone PowerCurve fan to replace our old fan that finally failed this summer. I was Pleasantly surprised by this fan. This fan creates a nice wide breeze that circulates the air in a big enough space. Also it is very quiet.Significantly quieter than its predecessor.Easy to carry and transport. This is an attractive design. The price is reasonable for everything this fan does and does there is only one question about durability time will tell so far I am happy with this…

Very happy with fan

I haven't done any extensive research other than reading Revain reviews. I already had a cheap 20" fan at home and wanted another one. I was blown away by this fan. In a short time I was very happy with it. Much more powerful than I expected and with a very acceptable noise level. Out of curiosity I got this Contacted distributor in the US and asked how much power it draws on low, medium and high settings. Although the fan itself says it draws 150 watts, the distributor (they contacted and…

There was a part missing and they knew it.

The fan was delivered assembled. I turned it on and it works fine, but I've noticed that it's noisy. I see the blades stagger. Since I'm a do-it-yourselfer and don't want to cause any trouble, I disassemble the fan. Turns out they forgot to put a nut on the end of the fan. I rummage through my junk bag and can't find the right one. sad times Then I see a fan at the bottom of the box. Eureka! You at least added the missing nut! IT SEEMS THAT THIS IS NOT WORKING. So now I'm sitting here with a…

I was skeptical about buying an all plastic fan

I was skeptical about ordering what seemed like a cheap plastic fan. There were no reviews here on Revain and it took forever to get here so I wasn't expecting much. When I took it out of the poorly packaged and unlabeled box, I realized I was right. It's a cheap plastic fan. Oh my gosh, the flimsy all white box doesn't even have a brand name on it? That's a bit confusing. When I first plugged it in, I was used to the much noisier and heavier Patton metal bladed, metal case industrial fan I…
