Anyone who gave this chair bad reviews is a little construction illiterate lol. I say that jokingly but in all honesty its a great piece. My first desk chair finally died after 7 years and I needed something immediately and affordable. This one was decent price and had great reviews. Its a bit of a hassle to assemble on your own but its worth it. Great butt support and back support. Love that the arms can push up and out of the way.

My chair arrived with no instructions. Even though it was fairly easy to figure it out, it still made it a bit more challenging. The good news is the chair is very comfortable and exactly what I expected.

Honestly, a great chair. I have been using a regular cheap office chair for a while and compared to that, this chair is 100x better. Bought as a gift for my mother. It's got good back support for being mesh. Assembly was quick and easy and the chair seems sturdy. The only thing somewhat negative is the length of the arms. It would be nice if they were a little longer but it is not a huge issue. Very good value for the price.

Assembled in 35 minutes from box to butt. Lumbar support is not as supportive as I would like, adjusts easily and rolls smoothly. I'd buy it again, but hopefully not for about ten years.

I use it as my desk chair and sit in it in front of my computer many hours a day. I find that I have to put a cushion on the seat in order to get it at just the right height. If I adjust it higher, the arms hit the desk. No problem.

This chair was easy to assemble. I had to get another Plastic handle for the chair lift and the seller responded quickly and had the replacement shipped right out. I would recommend this chair to whomever is looking to purchase a home office chair.

This product was delivered pretty late even though I purposefully utilized Best Buy Prime. One of the right arm screws will not go in all the way inside. It should be very easy to put this together but because the parts are incorrectly put it together. The chair can be easily torn apart even when you put a finger into it. It is not worth the money and a bad product to be displayed in Best Buy.

There are four screws that attach the arm rests to the seat back. Trying to hold two curving pieces together while allen-wrenching a screw requires two sets of hands. After two hours I have one side done but I have stripped something on the second side and neither screw will fully tighten. They are spinning in place.
