Lumbar support is non-adjustable and pathetic. Return policy stinks. You repackage, and pay the return mailing and restocking fees. Not worth it.

I love, love, love this chair! It's not big or bulky, but the big selling point for me was the arms that can flip up out of the way. Sometimes, I don't want arms in my way, and this chair delivers!

A must for those forced to work from home during covid. Saved my back, and is much nicer than kitchen chairs I was using. Back support isn’t very adjustable but not really a big deal. Happy with the purchase

Got it the very next day. Assembled in <10 minutes with only the provided tool, and I am not handy.Very comfortable, great back support, and it even looks very nice. A solid step up from a similar ikea chair.

Great chair but could use more padding in the seat, had to get a thick cushion to sit on because of my pelvic arthritis but all in all a good office chair. My cat likes to sit in it too when I don't.

make sure you put the seat on the right way! i did it back to front and it tilted forward a lot, great now that I fixed that a week later!one of the arms is a bit higher than the other (both a bit on the high side). could be due to my assembly again though

Had some doubts about size after reading reviews but the size of this chair is like any other common office chair. Delivered days before projected ETA. Very simple to assemble. Like a previous review pointed out, it's easy enough to get the seat oriented improperly though mine was marked "Front" on the seat bottom. Took about 15-20 minutes from opening box to full assembly. I love this chair. The seat, mesh back, and arm rests are all very comfortable. It was also very easy to put together as it took less than 30 minutes. Can't recommend enough.

Chair is as good or better than I expected. I'm a big guy (280lbs) and the chair seems unphased by my weight. The seat is pretty wide and cushion seems plenty thick. My wife bought a different chair that was about the same price, Smugdesk 0581F, and it is not as comfortable and supportive for my size.

This is a very sturdy chair with great lumbar support. Handsome chair does the trick working remotely serves nicely as an executive chair while working in the dining room.

The gas cylinder that controls raises the chair when the lever is pressed started leaking with less than a year of average use. I set it to the right height and within an hour it's at its lowest height. It's been doing this for months now. I'm the only one that uses the chair for my home desktop and I weigh in the 140s. Other than that, I like the chair. The back is cool and the seat could use a bit more padding, but is good enough, esp for the price.

I've had a number of office chairs over the years and I will say that by far, this chair is the most comfortable I've ever had! It has a wide, well-cushioned seat, well-cushioned arms, and the back is very supportive. I had ordered another chair from a big box office supply store but it was put on back order, so I ordered this chair from Best Buy. I'm so very glad that happened because this chair was less expensive and is exactly what I wanted in terms of comfort and support.

Better than my office chair at work, very comfortable, great support, and affordable! I would highly recommend this chair. The only reason I didn't rate it an overall 5 is due to it is starting to make some squeaky noise at the connection point of the chair and mounting point.
