They are actually rated for 5V not 12V and pretend to be like most other 5V fans. They deliver the same amount of air at 5V as the others at 12/24V.

Purchased to fit inside a cosplay helmet to keep the wearer warm. Rated at 5V but works well (but noisy) at 9V. We set it up with a potentiometer so we can run it at quiet speeds most of the time but ramp it up to 9V when it gets really hot. Really strong, powerful air comes out of this fan. It is convenient to install in a small space and direct the air in a certain direction.

Works as expected and with 9V output the little booger amplifies enough for my purposes. Put a 9V in my welding helmet to stop fogging without eating my hair and blowing out my eyes all dry and blinking.

I liked how much air is released. I don't like how they all get a rumble after a few hours of use. You're used to being silent. I think I'll return these and look for others.

These are tough little fans. Got these for my helmet to keep it cool during extended use. As such, they're pretty loud, but it's in an enclosed space and Echo and it doesn't help that I've attached it right to the metal wall next to my ears, so I'll give it a solid pass there. Airflow is good and they haven't let me down or given me any problems yet.

Product as described in the seller's listing. Good response to voltage changes, almost no noise during operation, and delivers approximately 7 CFM of airflow from a 5V supply.

These little fans can blow a little air, but they also vibrate a lot. Not as many CFMs as expected but they are small fans. They can also be operated from 5V to 12V. Of course at 12V they blow more air and vibrate a lot more. However, they are not very loud. Only plus. Let's get back to finding fans.
