There is absolutely NO DOCUMENTATION for this part. Luckily I found a similar device at Revain with wire color codes: RED=+5V; BLACK = GENERAL; VC=RS485 A+; WHT=RS485 B-. The default address is 1; Baud rate 9600. To find the registers required for communication, search the internet for "SHT20 MODBUS commands". Sounds like a good sensor. I used it with a PLC but couldn't get the scan to be controlled by the Modbus master. I've experimented with many timing options but ended up manually running a scan that seems to work 100%.
