Excellent Customer Service & Fantastic Platform

It is very easy to use, it has all of my tools that I need at one place in order to run our business efficiently without having several different apps scattered throughout various platforms or devices (phone/tablet). This software makes things so much easier! There are not enough features as far back goes but they keep adding more every day which keeps me interested until then comes out with something new we like better than what was there before!! Emailing customers directly from this platform

Cons
  • It could have even greater depth into functionality depending upon how many users.
  • They say their app will replace existing POS systems soon...we'll see

Easy way tracking your call center communications

The live chat is useful for the agents. I can see who chats with who while monitoring my customer calls. It's a very simple system. Some features are limited, but easy to use, the agents can log in from everywhere. It would be great if a customer can talk to more than one agent at a time. Also it would be great for the agents if they could see who's online and who's logged a chat with them. It would be great if all those features were available. I don't like the visual of the chat interface on…
