🔒 Rugged Protection with Common Fibers Carbon Bifold Wallet Review

Ok. I think its price is a little higher than its value. The non-carbon fiber parts are pretty poorly made. The purse was great when I got it but after a few months the stitched fabric has frayed and looks like crap. As already mentioned, the hinge is not of the highest quality. I'll be using it for a while but I'll come back for a full leather wallet next time as it won't last long. A good leather wallet lasts ten years. You will be lucky if you live in it for a year.

Very clean and stylish. Made me look back at the receipts and the extra "things" I used to leave in my old wallet; gave me a reason to keep it organized. Looks great. However, do not keep your keys in the same bag.

Perfect size. Quality construction. The exterior wears well over the first few weeks with keys and coins in the same pocket.

My only issue with this one is that it contains about half the items that were in my previous wallet. I'm a hoarder anyway, so I got over it. Others have complained that the hem wears down their pockets, but I didn't have that problem. It may be because I always carry my wallet in my front pocket due to pickpocketing paranoia. No signs of wear after a few months, so far so good in terms of durability and have had a few compliments on the styling. Everyone knows carbon fiber is cool.

Officially real carbon fibre, I have a cousin who just bought a 2015 Honda Civic Si and it has a real carbon fiber dashboard. Comparing it to this wallet feels the same, looks the same, and even went to my local Porsche dealership to confirm it was the real deal and not a cheap $80 gimmick. Call me a devotee but in the end it's the real thing I highly recommend

The wallet looks fantastic and fits perfectly in your pocket. The only thing I don't like is that with some cards in the pockets it gets pretty stiff and it's harder to get cash out of the bill pocket. But overall a great product and other people are intrigued when they see it. It still shows little to no signs of wear and the map pockets are well worn and slide in and out easily. This is a great wallet that has had some nice conversations too. The RFID security aspect is just gravy - I got the wallet because it's compact and looks cool. If, like me, you're used to a soft, flexible leather wallet, you'll have an adjustment period as this wallet is a bit stiff. However, there is nothing to shoot for, you just have to get used to it. I love this purse so much!

Sturdy construction. Seems to hold up. Plenty of storage space for cash and cards. Fits well in your pocket and the slimmer profile makes it more comfortable to sit. The RFID shielding is either not working or not strong enough. The previous wallet also protected RFID, preventing ID scanners from detecting the presence of an ID even if the scanner was touched. This wallet doesn't seem to offer any noticeable protection regardless of proximity.
