I was appalled to discover that the HP branded toner would cost me the same as I paid for the entire printer. So. until now. These OEM cartridges are great. The quality is the same, the HP printer recognizes it perfectly, and I am NOT running out of $300 just for the toner.

The first batch of cartridges was old and dried out. At first I thought only cyan was bad, but after they sent a new cyan I found that everyone else was low. I informed the seller and he sent me the remaining cartridges without arguing or complicating my task. Now I have all the cartridges and it's even better than what I got with original HP cartridges. I was skeptical about this off brand product after reading other reviews of leaking/leaking ink from other manufacturers. But spending more on branded ink than the cost of the printer is out of my budget as I print a lot for work and use ink all the time. Although so far so good. DO NOT BUY! Bought to replace HP originals. When I took it out of the box, the purple powder was all over my body when I pulled out the protective sheet. I cleaned up the mess and continued. There were blue lines on each side. When I print shipping labels for my company, I choose black and white and the blue still smudges the barcodes on the label. As I typed the white paper, a blue and magenta halo effect appeared next to each sentence. I have very little patience to deal with this low quality

So far, so good. Let's see how long they last compared to HP. That being said I could buy six of these packs compared to one HP so even if they last half as long they're still half the price. Updated 09/28/2018. So far I have printed over 500 pages. Print is mostly black. The print quality is excellent, the toner is not visible.

After over a year of horrible printing, my CMY toner finally ran out enough to justify ordering a new kit. I replaced the cyan, magenta, and yellow toner and printed a test page. Guess what? I have used a variety of aftermarket toner cartridges to save money and none have been as streak free with more accurate colors than this brand.
