This toner saves money! Glad I took the risk. It prints documents very well, just as good as my original toner. I haven't tried Solid Font to see how well it works. This toner cartridge is really terrible. Printed well for a week and then started to leave gray spots in the middle of the print. I do NOT recommend. It may be cheap but you get what you pay for and I regret the wasted money on this toner.

This cartridge is a great alternative to name brand cartridges at outrageous prices. Can't comment on longevity as I've only printed maybe a hundred sheets, but even if it lasts half as long as a branded cartridge I feel like the low price still gives me the edge.

I've tried several toners from other manufacturers and generally they work quite well (especially as it's only a black toner). This was my first time trying this and it was awful. The black writing actually looks ok, but leaves streaks all over the page. My last print was just blue all over the paper. Never had this problem. I had to get rid of it and buy something else. Disappointing. Maybe I had a bad one, but I still didn't want to repeat the experience.

I just installed an ink cartridge and the print quality looks great. I have printed several song lyrics and scores and have not noticed any difference in print quality using an original HP cartridge. Installation was a bit more difficult than HP's, but not difficult. I can't rate this product for durability and for this reason and also because I don't have much experience with the cartridge I give it an overall rating of 4 stars.

I bought a complete 4 color cartridge set from another supplier but this time all I needed was black. So I tried this cartridge. Each printed page is covered with the same marks as these two blank pages. Because our HP printer is a duplex printer, sometimes both sides look like this. There were no compatibility issues, but the print quality is very poor. The first few pages had very dark, wide streaks on the left and right edges. Some leaks. It is therefore necessary to clean all rollers after leaks. But the company is responsive, and if your cartridge is leaking, let them know.
