Love this little case. We've lost our Apple remote a ridiculous number of times. It either matches our dark furniture, or hides under the sofa for us to see, or slips onto the cushions. Since setting up this case, we've wasted ZERO time on the remote control! Best idea!

A key ring/lanyard hole is a must for us, but it breaks too easily. That was our second cover. The first time I thought the kids might be too rough, but this time I saw it tear and the kids didn't handle it roughly. If it weren't for the error, the case would be perfect.

Feels much better than Apple's bare bones. It lies comfortably in the hand and does not want to slip out of the hands. The raised base, which improves grip when held, also makes it much easier to pick up the remote from a flat surface.

After 2 broken remotes. Yes 2 because they are damn fragile and slippery and always seem to find a stain in a room with no carpet. I bought this to protect the 3rd remote. And for the price, it's perfection. You have a phone case, take a remote case.

Great case, adds a bit of bulk to the remote and makes it easier to hold. It also makes it easy to install the remote control in the right orientation without looking. I can still click and click the edges of the trackpad in this case. I thought about buying a new remote control but it's a much cheaper solution.
