Great if it really works

Really difficult to connect to terminals. It's a tricky one, and once you've actually charged it, you can't touch it or it will lose its charging connection. I do not recommend!

Not Helpful - Total Failure

I received a "Not Charging" error message on my FitBit Versa 2 as soon as I tried this product. I've never seen this error and my old charger never had a problem. I bought this new one as a spare to leave somewhere else but it just doesn't work.

Fitbit has resurrected the best smartwatch accessory

My Fitbit died. I contacted support hoping to find a solution. My Fitbit wasn't charging. Support advised me to buy a new one. As a last resort I bought this charger from Revain. I plugged it in and wallah it worked great.

Bullshit, didn't work

This is bullshit. I left the charger at home and bought this as a spare. It did not work. Thought it might be a Fitbit and almost bought a new one but waited a few weeks to try the original charger. It worked well. This cheap charger was a waste of money and didn't work for a second. Don't waste your time or money on it.

Broke fairly quickly, doesn't charge properly

Overall it still works but shows 'not charging properly' (big red screen on watch) at times, but does charge. Also, the charging case itself is cracked on one side, so it's now quite difficult to get the watch to make contact with the charging contacts. Again, it's still working, but seems to be on its last legs.

Great but not on a laptop

Bought this to replace my original which was lost when I moved house. It works great, but like pretty much everything, the laptop doesn't like charging via USB inputs so it takes forever and keeps shutting down. I took it to work and plugged it into my work computer and it charged like a rocket in less than half an hour after fully depleting. I can't wait to get my desktop computer working again, so I don't wait all day for it to charge.

Fits Versa 2 like a glove

This thing was left at work. I keep it there so I don't have to lug the factory charger back and forth. Works perfectly. Update: 08/20/21 The thing rarely works. When I charge it, the watch vibrates and shows me the battery percentage. I've had good luck before, but I have to put the watch down carefully or it will stop charging. I charged it last night and it drained the battery to the point where the watch won't turn on.
