PRO: Great product for the price! No extra lines on the paper or striped lines as some reviewers have written. I receive an error message stating that my printer has detected non-HP hardware. There was a small stain on the top of my prints so I didn't give a good review. To my surprise, shortly after requesting a serial number so she could trace the supplier, their product manager contacted me and offered me a workaround. I was very impressed with their efforts to ensure customer satisfaction with the quality of their products. I think future orders will not have the same problem I experienced.

I have ordered these cartridges 5 times and will order more! They are perfect and no different from expensive high-end models. I have tracked the number of print jobs with each cartridge and there is no difference to other more expensive cartridges. Very glad I found these. I definitely recommend them. Just received a few days ago. First impression: The cartridge sits closer to the printer than the original HP cartridge, but it fits. My M127fw gave me a message when I turned it on that I wasn't using genuine HP supplies, but it printed without any problems. The result of this toner cartridge is slightly darker than the original from HP and the result is very acceptable - no spots or ghosting. These cartridges are low on ink. They expire in a week and the print volume is 1/4 of what we could do with other generic brands. It's not worth this money.

Needed a fast and inexpensive ink option. I was a little worried because the price was a lot less than a branded cartridge. However, weeks passed and the cartridge worked well. I printed about 50 pages with no problems. Great option for small businesses.
