I received the product in a timely matter. The product works well for my project and is of good quality . But the package was missing a couple of things. The kit was missing the tweezers and the jump ring tool. I did send the seller a message but didn’t get an answer. Very disappointed in no response to missing items.

What i liked about the product is it's already open and all you need to do is to put them and that's it.The long nose/cutter is a great help, I've realized i dont have any tools so basically, the tools that included in this package is what i generally use for everything in my jewelry making.The reason why 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the quantity.I'm worried I might run out. . It will be good to reserve them for the special ones.
