Pros
- The staff, specifically Gail was incredible! She worked hard until it happened (as she so rightly said), which gave me some peace in understanding why things weren't working right away because her phone calls were happening immediately rather than days later from when something went wrong..unlike others such VCSi where no response would come through within hours/days even weeks sometimes months if nothing
