Excellent Customer Service, Exceptional Products
Complete has been our IT support provider for over 30 years now. They have never disappointed us with their service or software products. We are very happy with them as they give us excellent customer service & quality products that help keep us running smoothly online. I cannot think of any specific complaints at this time. If you want to get your business up & running again quickly after an emergency like we had recently then complete is definitely one of the best companies out there who can do just that.
Pros
- The staff, specifically Gail was incredible! She worked hard until it happened (as she so rightly said), which gave me some peace in understanding why things weren't working right away because her phone calls were happening immediately rather than days later from when something went wrong..unlike others such VCSi where no response would come through within hours/days even weeks sometimes months if nothing
