I like how easy it is to add new rules and categories. The search function is also really great. It's very customizable, allowing you to make multiple different solutions for your needs. The fact that it is so easy to use and understand. It helps you track your data usage for each of your customers. At first I was apprehensive if all the privacy features would be worth it; however, I am happy to say that it has been a good decision.
