You can also easily send emails in bulk as well by simply pressing some buttons (which makes me more time efficient). The ease with which you can receive incoming calls while in another room or out to lunch! It's an excellent product for any small office that needs call center services without having their own staff members dedicated solely as customer service representatives (CSRs).
