Safe and Secure Storage Solution

Looking for a secure way to store important files? Look no further than these password-protected USB drives. They offer ample storage space and the added security of password protection, ensuring that your sensitive data stays safe from prying eyes. Plus, they're compatible with most computers, so you can easily transfer files from one device to another. The only downside? It can be easy to forget your password, so make sure to write it down somewhere safe.

Pros
  • Provides password protection to keep your data secure.
Cons
  • Requires the use and remembering of a password, which can be inconvenient for some users.

Does not accept password.

I bought a password protected 16GB stick a few months ago. Has worked well so far. Today I tried to access information about him and he refused the password. Tried many times and to no avail. This is the password I originally entered and used. The password is in my book and has never been changed. I have no idea why it isn't accepting it and behaving like it's the wrong password. If this is a common problem, the device is useless. Very unhappy.

Pros
  • USB drives
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Can't free up disk space

If you forget your password, there doesn't seem to be a way to reformat the drive to free up disk space. The password is intended to protect against unauthorized access to files. However, I have used flash drives which allow me to reset a forgotten password by wiping everything on the drive and starting over. Computer flash drives don't seem to have this option. So now I have a flash drive that I can no longer use because all my password attempts have failed.

Pros
  • Data storage
Cons
  • This worries me
