Good for the price (bought on sale)

Good for the price; not the best, but a good deal for the price. Please note: I use it as a simple file server and cloud backup relay across my network. I control it by remote control. For that it works fine.

Cheap but unreliable

I like the computer, it's cheap and meets my expectations, but I had to format it and now I can't find the right Wi-Fi and audio drivers, and they do it doesn't work. Even Windows Update can't find generic drivers and it's too annoying. I had to make a backup of the same computer and now I will try to see if the drivers work. Apart from this problem I am satisfied with the product, it is not fast but does its best.

Illegal copy of Windows 10

The device is great for basic web browsing, which is what I wanted it for. I had an illegal copy of Windows 10 so I couldn't activate it. Tech support couldn't solve it.

An invalid/illegal license key is installed on this device. Microsoft has confirmed that the pre-installed copy of Windows 10 has been illegally duplicated!

Lags Minis: Computers and Tablets

I bought this little computer just for surfing, visit my kids school website. I am not satisfied with the performance, it lags with only one browser window that has no graphics. You can move the mouse, and when you drag it, it will stop a few times.

No valid Win10 license, no auto-activation, no USB-C display, VGA disabled

Updated 31-Mar-21: USB-C cannot be used for display (its protection in the specs says this is not possible) and the VGA port does not work. I would have returned mine at this point if I hadn't used my one time win 10 license on it so I'm stuck. This is due to an invalid Win10 license. One option if you know someone who is currently in college is to get a Win10 Educational license through them, usually cheap or free. Its features are mainly Enterprise. Or go to a reseller and buy Pro for $35…
