I liked how easy it was to use - but wish there were more options like adding search phrases or limiting which folders are searched (eg by date). It's not as robust/powerful as other products out here so if you need all functionality then go elsewhere! I like how it allows me to work from home without getting paid! It's great if you have time constraints or are looking into other projects while keeping this one running as well at working remotely through WFH hours - which we do use quite often due to our child care schedule during non-school weeks/ holidays etc.. I like how easy it was to use and how simple it was to set up. The software is very user friendly and it has really helped my organization be more efficient and streamline our processes. I am able to easily access all of my reports within one central system, which makes it easier to manage. I dislike that there is not much of a support network.
