I use 4 of these (yes I still have the other 3 and they are in good condition). My cats love them because they can stretch. They hold up well and I have recommended them to others especially if they have longer or larger cats. I keep mine on bookshelves and in front of windows and my cats love them.

My kitty loves this article. This is a good scratching post, but it doesn't take a lot of exercise. This is a foldable model, my little kitty tore it in half after a few weeks. That's not a problem for me, I just use both parts in different places. If your cat is as exuberant and inquisitive as mine, be careful. It works, it scratches the post, not my furniture.

Wowza. Came back to buy two more. I never write reviews and felt like I had to be here. We have bought sooooo many scratching posts and cats are literally the only ones cats use - need to buy a few more so they don't fight over this one. They also use it as a bed! Correct, all other scratches look intact and this one is already well used. It also looks simply sturdy and well made and not intrusive.

This is a wonderful rest and relaxation mat for cats. Adult cats live, sleep on it in an expanded form. Kittens live closed in a box and climb around on it. The only drawback is the loop that holds it together. He is skinny. To be fair to the manufacturer, everything is fine. I moved it a lot to clean the room and use kitty vs cat. So I probably moved it more than the hinge could handle.

We had a similar scratching post, but it was very tough because our cats loved chewing on the scratching post as much as scratching it. This scraper is twice as dense as most scrapers. They didn't chew it, probably because it's denser. They don't chew anymore, so that's good. They liked it even before I had time to add catnip. The ability to fold it in half comes in handy when you need to get it out of the way when cleaning.

This thing looks like a dance floor for cats. They run out of another room, jump up, scratch like a maniac, then jump off and run away. It's really fun to see them enjoying it. One note: the cardboard is a bit flimsy compared to some other scratchers, but that's probably why they love it so much. They prevent my cats from ruining my furniture. I sprinkle some catnip on top or spray them with catnip spray and very quickly I get what that is. Of course I keep vertical cat carriers for them, but they really like these. I can leave them in one place or put them in different places. I turn them over when they look worn. Due to the price, we usually use regular square scrapers. Contour scrapers often don't hold up any better than cheaper alternatives, they just cost more. So far, this product has been an exception.
