The best part of this program was its ease at using it as well as being able to customize everything you want! I really liked how easy they made things like adding new fields with our logo etc.. The most useful thing about this program (that I've found) has been being able use it with multiple clients at once! We have several different properties throughout California so we needed something like Concierger which allowed us all access together as one system without having separate accounts set up each time you want more than 1 client using your account etc.. The best thing about this product has been its simplicity of use as well ease with which it integrates into our existing system seamlessly! We are able to book clients at their preferred dates & times without having direct contact wth them (we don't have an Agent) so I appreciate how easy booking was made within such short notice - just 24hrs after enquiry!!
