Not bad with room for improvement: Connecteam

I like their easy setup process as well how simple it can be integrated into our Salesforce CRM system so we don't have extra work or resources required when onboarding new vendors (like ourselves). It would really help if they updated some of those older templates in comparison to newer ones which are better looking visually but lack functionality compared to others out there who offer much improved support options such as integrations etc..   • Support is super helpful for problems, though sometimes slow at time response times
  • Able easily integrate SFDC without issues & good documentation available online along w/ tutorial videos provided by customer success team via YouTube channel that explain every step clearly! Not just written word instructions either :)

Connecteam is awesome to manage all employees remotely

We have been using connectEAM since 2015 when we started working in our current industry (IT). The support provided has always met or exceeded expectations of any issue I've had so far which makes my job very easy as well because it's already taken care off before hand! Our customer service team works closely together through different channels like chat room etc.. As an employee you can easily access information about work related issues from anywhere via their web portal /mobile application…

  • Great software with great features
  • Excellent user experience for both employees & employers alike, no matter what platform used by either party.
  • Very efficient way to manage staff attendance/attendance records especially those who are out sick at home during quarantine period due COVID 19 outbreak where everyone is required not going outside unless necessary essentials only !!!!
