Works very well. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is that it doesn't remove much of the metal corrosion in jewelry. I know this is a difficult task, but as a consumer, this is what I expect from a jewelry cleaner. It also won't remove all the tarnish from my school ring which I haven't worn in 10 years and which I expected to remove easily. On the plus side, it makes my engagement ring's diamonds sparkle like new!

My god, that's a miracle for jewelry, especially diamonds. I wash my hands constantly and use sanitizer in the hospital and my diamond gets so dirty with a horrible film. It takes 1 minute to clean and works just as well if not better than a jeweler's. The bottle is cute and handy - it has a built-in brush holder. I don't clean the ring while holding it as suggested, mainly because cleaning the underside of the stone really makes it sparkle. Be careful, your ring won't fly down the drain!

I don't normally use this product for deep cleansing, but it's great for everyday cleansing. I keep it under the kitchen sink for a quick touch up if I notice the rings need it. My engagement ring has quite a bit of pavé and the ring on my right hand is in a large aquamarine that seems to attract dirt and I leave both rings pretty much everywhere. This ensures they don't look like it and the brush is just right for small gaps and stiff enough to poke into tiny gaps. All is well.
