I needed these cases for an event. They arrived the night before the event broke out. I had to use them this way because I had no other choice. Very disappointing.

I don't usually have problems with these things, but this box is an exception. The first 5 or so were fine, but now each container comes in two parts. It's like they all fell apart or were put together incorrectly. Totally used up less and now it's too late to go back.

The product would be fine if actually closed. The page is not closed. It will not keep your cupcakes fresh. It's very badly done. I'm so disappointed I can't use one and now I have to hurry to find some more before Valentine's Day.

The front of the cupcake boxes was dented, some of them were slightly torn. The shipping box was not damaged so I am assuming this happened before shipping. I order a second time, before there were no problems.

They are really strong and durable but it wasn't easy to get hold of them so some cracked trying to get them out of the box. Otherwise they were ready to go. I just had to press down the seam before inserting the cupcakes into the containers so the container closes completely to avoid a gap on the sides.

These containers are perfect for delivering my cupcakes to customers. At first I thought they wouldn't close on the sides, but then I came up with an ingenious plan. Press and seal along the perforated lines on the back: DI did not give 5 stars because the first few containers in the packaging were badly damaged upon arrival. I don't know if it happened during shipping or if it was sent that way, but it was a waste of money.
