I like that it allows me to see what's in my document, without having to open each file separately. It also lets you have more than one tab open at once, which is helpful when doing research or working with multiple documents. I like that it's easy to use, you don't have do any training or anything with this software because everything about how each page looks are already set up by Google itself! The ability to categorize your files into sections, with subcategories within those categories makes it very easy when searching through documents or emails that you know what exactly you are looking for! I wish there were more formatting options available in this app as well - maybe an option to have bold text? But overall its great so far!! We've been able use this product since we switched from Office 365 ProPlus (which was not working) to Google Apps Premier which has made everything easier
